Our Team
CHAD NAKAGAWA
Principal Broker, President
Chad began managing properties in 2002. With his experience and passion for the industry, he acquired his Broker's license and formed Bluewater HI Property Management.
He has gained experience in the construction business while working for his father. This has helped him to identify and rectify maintenance as well as building issues.
Chad graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a Marketing degree. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing and watching sporting events.
LACE KASHIMOTO
Office Manager

Born and raised on Oahu, Lace has a Hawaii Real Estate License and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Hawaii. She has experience in residential sales and property management, retail management and customer service. Lace loves spending quality time and traveling with family and friends.
